Satisfaction Guarantee/shipping/return policy
We do every thing we can to ensure you the quality and accuracy of the pieces you are purchasing. From multiple high quality photographs at several angles to measurements and weight. We stride to make sure the item you wish to buy will fit your needs. For any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it hassle-free for an exchange or refund. This is our way of saying you can buy with confidence. You will have 14 days to return an item, if a return is made the buyer is responsible for the return shipping to our location and up to 20% processing fee. Once we received the item and cleared it over for damage or neglect a refund will be made. If neglect is found an estimate will be writen on the repairs, this will be subtracted from the refund. You will need to contact us before arranging a return shipping. Order Cancellations will be charged a 5% processing fee.
Standard free shipping, your items will be carefully packaged and shipped within 2 business days from date of purchase. Freight shipments will generally be on the way in 2-5 business days. A tracking and estimated delivery day will be emailed once the item leaves our facility.
Next day or overnight shipping can be quoted at buyers expense.
Freight shipping: Make sure you have the help you need to unload your freight, most carriers are only required to deliver curbside. If no one is home when they attempt delivery, you may be charged with a redelivery attempt.
Please Note: Bear CANNOT be shipped to CA, FL, NE, ND, OK, SD, VA and WV.
Damaged shipment: Please be prepared to inspect your order when it arrives. Inspect for transit damage, please do not sign the bill of landing until you are sure it is in good condition. After you sign it, a claim cannot be filed. If damage is discovered, tell the driver and note in the bill of landing the damage found. Contact us immediately, we will be happy to help with the claim. And, if needed, ship out new product as soon as possible.
You are responsible for all freight charges, restocking fees, and if you refuse the delivery or cancel the order once in transit.
NO REFUNDS on custom work, a deposit will need to be paid in order to start any custom work. You have 30 days to pay balance of notified project of completion. After 30 days of lapse time a compounding $50.00 or 2% (which ever is greater) charge will be apply monthly until invoice is paid in full. After 60 days notified of project completion, All Taxidermy LLC will have the right to list your project(s) for sale at any price we see fit. At time of sale, you will forfeit the project and your down payment as well as any additional payments you made towards your project to All Taxidermy in order to cover shop labor and material.
